| All flights are operated by FAR Part 135 air carriers that exercise full operational control of charter flights at all times. The Air Group, Inc. (“The Air Group”) is an FAR Part 135 air carrier and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sentient Jet Holdings, LLC (“Sentient"). Some flights will be operated by The Air Group or by one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sentient, each as an individual FAR Part 135 air carrier operating in full compliance with all FAA safety standards and additional safety standards established by Sentient. Some flights will be operated by other FAR Part 135 air carriers that have been certified to provide charter services arranged by The Air Group and that meet both FAA and Sentient standards.
